On sıte Project manager of Loyalty system for Telecom company (Ooredoo Algeria) :
• Technical and commercial offers preparation, contract negotiatıon, Business requirements, project implementation and follow up.
• Organization and project scheduling skills to keep project on track.
• Understanding business drivers and facilitate collaboration.
• TERDATA and ORACLE EDW management.
• Provisioning and SIM management.
• Convergence Billing System Capacity and access system management.
• WEDO Revenue assurance and Fraud system implementation and management.
• CC System Configuration and Security Management.
• IVR Development and Reporting.
In charge of the Data warehouse & Business Intelligence department:
• Development & implementation of new Data warehouse (In house development).
• Top management reporting/dashboards and analysis.
• DB Schema modelling & design.
• ETL, design and data integration with Oracle tools and platforms.
• Development of Business Intelligence platform(PHP web platform )
• DWH&BI Maintenance/ Support.
• Development environment: Linux, UNIX, Oracle 11g, Oracle Warehouse Builder, PL/SQL. Database and OS administration.
• Integration of data source from the various operating systems in DWH
• Development and management of data changes Mapping (Oracle Warehouse Builder, Informatica PowerCenter, Spoon)
• Development and usage of ETL for new data source integration.
• Processing and analysis of specific data (analysis, sampling, fractionation….)
• Management and supervision of jobs and DWH scripts (Oracle, Informatica Workflow, Scripting….)
• Optimisation and fine-tuning of the DWH(Oracle 9 i)
• Management of Oracle Discoverer (4 vs 10G) Management of the BO server
• Set up of an integrated system for SIG management under Oracle 7i/Developper 2000
• Installation of IT networks
• Administration System (Active Directory)
