• Ensure the timely collection, analysis and submission of financial, accounting and commercial data on a monthly basis, in order to provide local management with all information necessary for business evaluation and planning.
• Ensure the accurate and timely input of data in the accounting books, assure adequate documentation / support of transactions and reports so as to minimize errors and provide correct information at all times.
• Provide company’s management team with reports from ongoing (dynamic) analysis regarding the company results by making quarterly profitability & liquidity ratio analysis & generating sales, COGS & expenses trends reports.
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable Processing of Suppliers Bills and Payment.
• Involved in the preparation of budgets, projected cash flows and monitoring the company’s profit and loss & financial position by calculating variances from budget every month and evaluating other KPI’s.
• Analysing financial data and preparing financial statements and accounting information and reports for senior managers and directors.
• Also responsible for doing investment analysis for new investments / projects and advising the management.
• Responsible for coordination with external auditor to provide all the necessary documentation for conducting statutory audit.
• General accounting and Control Activities:
o Responsible for maintaining appropriate ledgers and the statutory bookkeeping.
o Check and posting all suppliers’ purchases invoices.
o Prepare and issuing all company’s local vendor’s payments.
o Preparation of bank reconciliation.

• To develop and maintain all office admin systems and records, including finance management systems and book-keeping records, both manual and computer records.
• Maintaining daily accounting records through computerized accounting software.
• Filing and verifying all the expense voucher and make sure they are in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare payroll in accordance with income tax framework, vouchers for disbursement to the staff on time.
