Responsibilities:
PROMOTIONS AND ADVERTISEMENTS
Reporting to operations manager and Head of Sales and Marketing to provide logistical and Event Management Support to all events and promotions held across 24 branches of the company.
Create and develop promotional tools and campaigns for the company.
Provide business development and market engagement inorder to acquire new customers and expand business strategically.
Assist Manager with Advertising, Marketing Campaigns, and Promotions for individual branches.
Provide Manager with relevant information and details for promotional reports.
Organize events, exhibitions and recitals (obtain competitive quotations when needed).
Approve all artwork for promotions by providing support to graphics department.
Prepare and provide the management with reports related to various campaigns like progress of campaign, sales analysis, result of promotion campaign for purpose of measurement and strategic development.
In Mall Advertisements in digital screens at the elevator, Cinema Screens and display of company logo in the mall marketing visuals for different campaigns.
Advertising the current offers and events on the “Special Offers from Retailer Section” on the respective Mall Website (The Dubai Mall, Mall Of The Emirates, City Centre Deira etc).

Current Promotion Activities :-
Spend and Win Campaign at The Dubai Mall, Mall Of The Emirates, City Centre Deira and Dubai Marina Mall.
SMS Activity conducted for promotion and launch of new branch at Abu Dhabi-Abu Dhabi Mall, Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, Dalma Mall, The Dubai Mall, Mall Of The Emirates, City Centre Deira and Dubai Marina Mall.
Sponsorship of Gift Vouchers worth AED500 at City Centre Sharjah, City Centre Fujairah and City Centre Ajman.
Sponsorship of Gift Vouchers worth AED150 for SUMMER2015 SEASON PROMOTION at World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi.
Sponsorship of Gift Vouchers worth AED150 for BREAKTIME PROMOTION at City Centre Deira.
Advertisement of new kiosk opening on the World Trade Centre Digital Screens displayed in the mall.
Advertisement of the3 kiosks on the wide screen in REEL CINEMAS at The Dubai Mall.
b) SOCIAL MEDIA
Managing all the social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Updating the Social Media website on daily basis with the currents events, new product update and promoting the launch of new branches respectively.
Promoting the currents events, new product update and promoting the launch of new branches on the social media websites of the respective Malls by coordinating with the Social Media Department of Mall Management.
Managing a Twitter feed, a Facebook page and Instagram Page inorder to connect with new customers. Monitoring public comment about the organization on the Internet to avoid any emerging trends or problems.
Manage customer complaints on social media by coordinating with the General Manager, Technical Support Department and resolving the problem.
c) PUBLIC RELATIONS
Coordinate with the Senior Manager and General Manger in the organization to craft an overview of how the company wants to be perceived, and how it is going to project a positive image by focusing in on exactly the right message, and then deciding on the broad outlines of a campaign to disseminate that message.
 Sponsorship of gift vouchers to the winners of prize draw at the various Mall Marketing Campaigns and ensure the necessary permits are obtained for promotion.
Maintain good relations with Mall Management and Coordinate with the Mall Marketing Managers inorder to participate in the events and sponsorship for the various campaigns conducted by the Mall.
Provide support to customer service and technical support team by solving the customer complaints on social media and coordination with the technical department to resolve the customer query on immediate basis.
d) WEEKLY NEWSLETTER
Create and publish HiPhone Telecom weekly newsletter to be published every Sunday-comprising of the various marketing activities.
