•Overseeing control of all the tools and activities of the project store & ensuring that all tools, equipment are complete and in good shape
•Stood accountable for Clearing Routine Audits & Fiscal Year End Store Audits. Material reconciliation.
•Material handling of DI-UPVC-HDPE-GRP Pipes, Infra & MEP Fixture & accessories of wet utility and Dry utilities, spare parts for plant and machineries, Bridge bearings
•Prepare weekly fulfillment rate against PO/EMR (PO tracking)
•Control consumable Material & non-capitalized assets issues as to reduce cost
•Co-ordinate reports for the rejected items, material lying excess at the Project store to avoid dead stocks piling.
•Oversee Cost booking and Material level tracking. Oversee process of RTV, Damage and Expiry scrap disposals.
•Administer Formwork, Scaffoldings, Fuel, related works, Support activities of Logistics team for mobilization and Demobilization, DLP period and wind up activities.
A). Project: Design and building Duhail interchange & Al Gharaffa Street and
Al-Waab street Improvements works (92% Achieved) Project cost -1.10 Billon QARs
Expected hand over in April- 2022)
This project involves construction of the Duhail Intersection and Al-Gharaffa Street in Qatar, Construction of roads, intersections, link roads, waste water drainage and ducts. Project includes a 2.1 kms section of the expressway. Al Shamal Road, about 1.6 kms in length. The main roads consist of an 8- lane section (4 lanes in each direction) with additional auxiliary and ramp lanes with continuous service roads on both sides and two interchanges.
B). Project: D-Ring Road Improvements works (94% achieved) Projects cost - 0.7 Billion QARs
Positioned in central store of L&T`s prestigious project in gulf region, The Al Wakrah Bypass (PO15) Is a 11Kms Major south North freeway connecting to the existing Al Wakrah-Mesaieed Road, just south west of Wakrah. Completed in record time of 3 years. The package is basically design and construction of a 10 Lane freeway (5 lanes in each direction) with Provision for future addition of 2 lanes in each direction including five major interchanges comprising of 20 bridges, 13 Bicycle over passes, 8 vehicular underspasses.3 pedestrian bridges and 736M long 32M wide tunnel works. Traffic Signs, Signals & ITS, Landscape, hardscape and Artscape, Street lighting all related to infrastructure. Cost of Approx. 3 Billion QARs.
Duties:
•Documented consumables & all types of tools & assets
•Preparation of defect material & material surplus reports
•Monitor minimum balance quantities (MBQ)
•All infrastructure and MEP materials handling like pipes, fitting, accessories, tools & etc.,
•Documented Scaffoldings, Formwork, equipment & Fuel records
•Co-ordinate inter departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures & Operations
•Assisting for yearly store Audits
•Actively involve in Project Mobilization-Demobilization, Wind-up and DLP related activities
