 Provides technical, managerial and leadership support to clients (Governments, NGOs, Companies, business communities etc) in designing and developing Vocational Education Training (VET) curriculums & facilities; workplace training programs, workshops & seminars; as well as SME’s/business ventures - considering possible risks in making profits by combining land, labor, natural resources and capital.
 Develops agribusiness models for clients, acquires the human and other required resources simulated to operate within a successful entrepreneurship ecosystem. Delivers training in Entrepreneurship & Small Business programs - including basic accounting & bookkeeping, small business environment, modern principles of marketing, enterprise formation, managing sales & accounts, innovation and creative entrepreneurship, family business, procurement & production, business philosophy, sociology & organizational behavior, business start-ups & business plans, sales & export, cost accounting & management, entrepreneurial behavior, business plan execution, enterprise technology & innovation, bootstrapping & raising finance, research methodology & quantitative methods, enterprise diagnostics & evaluation, international marketing for SME’s etc.

 Managed Training/HR departments’ financial resources - considering trade trends, risk management, leadership vision, allocated budget, expenditure, and cost saving; manages relevant stakeholders including internal and external customers and suppliers; partakes in formulation of the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy; prepares HR plans and strategies for Yekepa and Tokadeh iron ore mine sites; contributed to the process of organizational planning, design and development; managed various change processes, talent identification and skill alignment, localization & succession planning, performance, training and development across the organization; oversaw employee and industrial relations activities.
 Developed a Training & Development department for both sites of the ArcelorMittal Liberia Limited at Buchanan and Yekepa, as well as establishing a Vocational Education Training Centre for technical trades at Yekepa. Facilitated the process of skills transfer from expatriate to Liberian employees by way of personal development planning, on-the-job coaching and mentoring. Identified needs and implemented competency-based training interventions to frontline supervisors, mobile/earthmoving equipment operators, locomotives’ drivers, fixed plant attendants and maintenance tradesmen/mechanics in all operations of the AML Iron Ore: Resource Development - exploration, evaluation, metallurgical assessment, mine planning and scheduling; Mine Operations - drill and blast, load and haul, process, stockpile and rail-load out; and, Rail and Port Operations - rail, ore car dumping, stockpile, and ship loading; and other support functions.

 Identified future training and development needs by periodically evaluating personnel performance, reviewing line organization turnover rates, identifying industry and regulatory initiatives in training, and recognizing the changing educational and experience background of employees.
 Managed teambuilding initiatives, Tanzanian students, tutors and government professionals’ short-term experiential practical training & vocational education programs as part of our corporate social responsibility in building local capacity and the national skill-base at large.
 Coordinated the provision of external training services, whilst locating and recommending available resources to attain organization’s objectives and enhance employee development consistent with the Company localization and succession plan - in an underground gold mine with production budget of in excess of 270, 000 Oz of gold/year. Annual budget: - US$ 4.5M.

 Lectured and conducted Remote Sensing classes at NEU - comprised of a total of 45, 000 undergraduate, postgraduate and graduate students. Planned and managed land-use inventories including soil surveys, soil and water conservation, and remote sensing (Landsat TM, NOAA-AVHRR and SPOT) data. Processed and enhanced digital imageries for geomorphologic and vegetation studies - i.e. monitored crops in terms of their identity, stage of growth, and productivity. Detected crop stress (generally from drought, diseases and pests), soils, climatic and land-use evaluations.
 Tested the application of advanced satellite remote sensing (Landsat MSS, TM & ETM+) techniques in gold exploration, tectonic analysis, and wetlands studies. Applied geomatics, cadastral & mining engineering surveying, geographical information systems (GIS), and cartography in the research of natural resources. Interpreted structural & stratigraphic geology - leading to the identification of potentially gold-mineralized structures and mining exploration targets; mapped major rock units and surficial materials (land-use/cover features, digital change detection), and geologic structures (folds, faults, joints).
 Modeled Complex Minerogenetic Systems using Satellite & RADAR Data. Placed emphasis on the use of Spectral Indices, Unmixing, Artificial Neural Networks Simulation, Digital Elevation Modeling, and Classification techniques - this “state-of-the-art” technology improved management decision making - leading to increased yields and profit, decreased costs, and better management of the surficial signatures on which gold mineralization depends. The technology produced good results in gold exploration at the Paishanlou Gold Mine, in the Liaoning Province of P R China.

 Exercised overall management responsibilities in two factories manufacturing 6, 800, 000 kg of made tea/year: - provided budgetary and administrative oversight: planned, coordinated, monitored, and evaluated own work-plan and that of subordinate staffs. Administered the technical quality of the normative and operational work involved in tea processing: - manufacture, storage, transport, market awareness, customer & consumer management, withering, cutting, fermenting, drying, sorting, packaging, quality control/assurance, steam generation, tea security; workshop operations, machinery maintenance.
 Provided managerial, strategic, policy & procedural, and operational leadership - managed labor, planned strategically, and identified priority areas of action in the production of tea ranging between 10, 000 - 60, 000 kg of green tea/day: - fertilizer application, irrigation, pests and diseases management, weeding, hand plucking, mechanized harvesting, pruning, tipping, soil and water conservation, and management of agricultural machinery.
 Developed and implemented “on-the-job” training programs, designed training aids, liaised with various institutions regarding specialized training, and, compiled reference materials for subordinates. Also, maintained training records, co-coordinated external instructors for specialized training, and, organized staff developmental programs.

 Managed and supervised the resources and staff allocated, policy & regulatory frameworks, technology transfer, and, capacity building (i.e. outreaching small-scale farmers, or out-growers). Guided sugarcane production operations which yielded 5000 tones of sugar/year: - site selection, clearing and felling, land preparation, tillage, planting, soil/water conservation, irrigation, crop protection, fertilizer application, land drainage, harvesting, cane haulage and transport, management of farm machinery, and implements.

 Facilitated students’ learning, developed and implemented social & academic programs to encourage students’ participation. Worked with students in various aspects of career exploration and testing - including completion of career interest inventories, resume design, and interview skills training.
