•Chemical analysis of samples taken from RM (Cooking oil, Flour, Seasoning powder/oil & the other Ingredient), production process, final product & Cip solutions.
•Prepared of measuring solutions and calibration of lab- apparatuses.
• Monitoring of all production process.
•Control of GMP, GLP & Safety procedure.
•To make sure that the product delivered to consumer in good storage condition (Feed back of market).

•To make sure that the final product quality inevitable.
•Contribute to develop the production process and obtain certificates such as ISO & HACCP.
•Coordinat with other department in addition to Improve the facility forward.
