• Set and review assets maintenance strategy, programs, and directions in compliance with vendor recommendations, codes and standards,
and best practice to ensure effective maintenance activities and optimum asset life cycle cost
• Develop, Implement, and review with department superintendent action plans to achieve maintenance targets and KPI’s.
• Identify, and Set-up required resources to implement maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, Inspection, and Performance Monitoring) - to meet company and maintenance department targets and KPI’s and emphasize effective resources consumption/utilization to secure optimum Maintenance cost.
• Develop inventory list of all required assets and equipment spares (operational and capital spares) with optimum Min/Max levels satisfying plant safe operating targets and meeting optimum cost - and orders accordingly. This is done via interchangeability study, quoting OEM’s and alternative competitive suppliers, proposing alternative parts and securing obsolete spares.
• Use Management of Change System (MOC) in all discipline activities improvements and modifications.
• Lead and Participate in plant RCA / RCFA for critical assets and repeated failures
• Work with API 689ISO-14224 to identify the assets boundary based on the type of equipment
• Set and report at Monthly, quartile & yearly base MTBF, MTTR and MTTF
for equipment, and spares based on SMRP best practices KPI’S and ISO 14224
• Aware and use the well-known standards for turbo-machinery and pumps applications API 610, 682 and 686.
• Assist and Prepared complete plan for major overhauling for the following equipment
1- Ethylene Gas compressor -ATLAT COPCO India Model: 3P-10/6/6-4 1300KW/6.6KV/2P -integrally Geared Four Stages.
2- Refrigeration station (650 TR)Propane Gas compressor Multistage - YORK (Johnson Controls Industries S.A.S France )
3- Refrigeration station (350 TR), Propylene Gas screw compressor HOWDEN
4- Vacuum station, liquid ring pump CHRAM - Model: CR100x80-330
5- Multistage pump station 15 KW (KSB )
6- Flowserve ( Model : 3HPX15A )API centrifugal Pumps
7- Seal less Hermatic pumps for High hazard and Toxic substance
8- Supervise and certified Reconditioning and testing process for mechanical seal assembly for (Flowserve, Burgmann, John Crane) .

• Improve the reliability of Propane compressor oil lube by re design lube oil filters and improve oil Performance and contamination removal by using Vacuum Dehydrator system depending on Oil Analysis program
