• Set and review assets maintenance strategy, programs, and directions in compliance with vendor recommendations, codes and standards,
and best practice to ensure effective maintenance activities and optimum asset life cycle cost
• Develop, Implement, and review with department superintendent action plans to achieve maintenance targets and KPI’s.
• Identify, and Set-up required resources to implement maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, Inspection, and Performance Monitoring) - to meet company and maintenance department targets and KPI’s and emphasize effective resources consumption/utilization to secure optimum Maintenance cost.
• Develop inventory list of all required assets and equipment spares (operational and capital spares) with optimum Min/Max levels satisfying plant safe operating targets and meeting optimum cost - and orders accordingly. This is done via interchangeability study, quoting OEM’s and alternative competitive suppliers, proposing alternative parts and securing obsolete spares.
• Use Management of Change System (MOC) in all discipline activities improvements and modifications.
• Lead and Participate in plant RCA / RCFA for critical assets and repeated failures
• Work with API 689ISO-14224 to identify the assets boundary based on the type of equipment
• Set and report at Monthly, quartile & yearly base MTBF, MTTR and MTTF
for equipment, and spares based on SMRP best practices KPI’S and ISO 14224
• Aware and use the well-known standards for turbo-machinery and pumps applications API 610, 682 and 686.
• Assist and Prepared complete plan for major overhauling for the following equipment
1- Ethylene Gas compressor -ATLAT COPCO India Model: 3P-10/6/6-4 1300KW/6.6KV/2P -integrally Geared Four Stages.
2- Refrigeration station (650 TR)Propane Gas compressor Multistage - YORK (Johnson Controls Industries S.A.S France )
3- Refrigeration station (350 TR), Propylene Gas screw compressor HOWDEN
4- Vacuum station, liquid ring pump CHRAM - Model: CR100x80-330
5- Multistage pump station 15 KW (KSB )
6- Flowserve ( Model : 3HPX15A )API centrifugal Pumps
7- Seal less Hermatic pumps for High hazard and Toxic substance
8- Supervise and certified Reconditioning and testing process for mechanical seal assembly for (Flowserve, Burgmann, John Crane) .
9- MITSUBISHI Diesel Generator 1 MW
• Improve the reliability of Propane compressor oil lube by re design lube oil filters and improve oil Performance and contamination removal by using Vacuum Dehydrator system depending on Oil Analysis program
• Monitor and Review the operation of plant equipment and system constantly to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Set and report at Monthly, quartile & yearly base MTBF, MTTR and MTTF
for equipment, and spares based on SMRP best practices KPI’S and ISO 14224
• Material control management based on inventory parameters (Min/Max and Criticality)
• Support the turnaround maintenance for single redundant and high critical equipment and shutdown items based on planning scope and conduct the scheduling process, time and labor management.
• Manage and schedule the major overhauling for high critical equipment and insure maintenance quality control and assurance with equipment vendor.
• MRO ( Maintenance and repair orders ) management on SAP
• Preparing MWI for all equipment in the site.
• Carrying out Maintenance on Equipment As the following :
• Cooling Tower Axial turbine Pump (2600 M3/Hr) ( Flowserve India )
• Complete Overhauling and balancing for Centrifugal Blower 4500 M3/hr
( HOWDEN India )
• Cooling Tower induced FAN three stages ( PRABHA)
• Non Metallic and Graphite centrifugal Pumps (160 M3/Hr) -SGL France
• Diesel Generator 160 KW ( CUMMINS POWER GENERATION )
• Responsible of the pre commissioning and commissioning of rotating equipment one year
• Implement Programs and procedure required to ensure Proper run for all equipment.
• Allocating work to a team of fitters & Technicians
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
• Create SMP ( Standard Maintenance Procedures )
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule
• Auditor for Maintenance Work Shops to Ensure Work Process and 5S implementation
• Carrying out Maintenance on Equipment As the following :
1. Air Screw Compressor ( Atlas COPCO Model: S G160 - 560L/Hr)
2. Different types of pumps (centrifugal, Screw and Lobe )
3. Refrigeration System propylene Gas Screw Compressor ( 50 TR)

5. Mixers& gearboxes
6. Reactors (120 M3) (GODREJ - India )
7. Additives station SUNDYNE Pump Model : SUNFLO P-2000 ( 15 HP)
8. Perform Shaft and Pulley Alignment (fixture laser)
Project address: Characteristics of external air-blast Atomizer. About the project: Design an atomizer and studying the relation between the geometric proportions of external mixing air-blast atomizer and characteristics of the generated spray pattern has been investigated to make good combustion in diesel engines. Project grade: Excellent.
