Project 1: Oryx Residential Tower Project - West Bay

• GFL: Commercial areas (café, restaurant, game room, offices, kitchen, public toilets)
• 1st floor: Entertainment areas (Pool area, Male & Female Gym, Yoga room, SPA)
• (2nd to 29th floors) Typical floors: 6 Apartments / floor (168 Apartments).
• Main Roof: MEP Equipment, Upper Roof: BMU system.
Project 2: Aman Hospital Project - Al Thumamah - Qatar

Duties: Working in the site technical office following up the construction phase including shop drawing review, coordination, codes & materials review, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and RFI’s reply, and, controlling the execution performance of subcontractor (Shapoorji Pallonji Qatar, WLL) activities on-site.
Position (B): Architect -Engineering Department (January 2009 to December 2010)
Components: Complete Project - 5 Building Types - 9.8 Km
Duties: Working in the main office engineering department producing, reviewing & coordinating the architectural drawings with other disciplines.
Project: 39 villas compound (Fully Furnished) -West Bay Project (25 Million US$):
39 Villas -GFL + MFL, Club House: Squash Court, Gym, Billiard Room, Lounge, Kitchen, Steam room, Sauna, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Landscape & Infrastructure.
Duties: Construction supervision & coordination between main Contractor & subcontractors,
Fittings, Furniture & Equipment selection for villas, clubhouse & external landscape, Design & preparing shop drawings for ongoing architectural details, Quantity surveying, follow-up, and revising contracts with all related contractors, Review & approve the Contractor's invoices.
Position (A): Project Manager (June 2006 to February 2007)
Project: Execution of Kazareen factory 6 October city (1.5 Million US$).
Duties: Construction supervision & coordination between different stakeholders including civil & electromechanical subcontractors, technical factory requests & client representatives.
Position (B): Architect - Engineering Department - Façade (May 2005 to June 2006)
Project: Development of King Abdul-Aziz Endowment, Jabal Alkalaa Project-Alharam - Mekka -Saudi Arabia) Total built area 1.5 Million m2
Duties: Reviewing shop drawings of Facade subcontractors: Pre-cast units, Curtain walls, Window cleaning systems, Granite & others, conducting all necessary coordination among all skin activities including structural and E/M, then submitting them for consultant approval.
Projects: Dream T.V. Studios & Cinemas (Project in Dream Land) -3 Million US$. Architectural Finishing & Fit out for Residential Villas & Hilton Health Club (SPA). Duties: Construction execution, Cost analysis & cost control for contract items, Quantity surveying, and site coordination for turnkey projects.
Duties: Participated in designing, preparing workshop dwg's, and supervising the execution of the Higher Institute Of Nursing-Aswan, Ministry of Health-1 Million US$.
1. Assistance with the office in preparation for the Architectural Competition (Designing a Touristic Compound on the land of Aswan Club at Nile front), the office won the 1st Prize.
2. Supervising the urban development project at Boulak-Al-Dakrour District in Giza, managed by German Development Cooperation (GTZ).
3. Improving Environmental, Health & Social Life for seven poor villages in Aswan.
Supervising the execution of projects funded by the Social fund for development (S.F.D) such as Water supply, Simple Sewage systems, and Courses on treating the environment.
