Job Description:
1) Follow & measure client’s, sales’ feedback.
2) Develop the relations with our carriers in coordination with the products managers and support the sales team with the required rates & evaluate carriers' performance.
3) Manage and work on the departments’ P&L and AR reports in coordination with the finance team.
4) Monitor the training program for import team and work with them to improve their knowledge & conducts staff appraisals
Achievements of this role :
1) 40% increase in the productivity of the team (Measured based on the number of files).
2) 37% increase in the import volumes and 28% increase in the profitability.
3) 15% headcount reduction by squeezing the team members from 7 to 6 as per company goals.
4) 100% employees retention by supporting them technically through periodic technical sessions and giving them the opportunity to handle different kind of business and financially by putting a clear incentive plan & salary increase with a clear criteria.
Job Description :
1) Manage, study & analyse business from both operations & customer service view with local and
global accounts & monitor business development opportunities.
A) Tenders, sop, documentation cycle, follow up visits, clients’ P&L
B) Measure the flow of business
(Volumes, Profitability & Customers’ Surveys)
