Founded in 1972 United Foods one of oldest manufacture facility for edible Oil and Fats in the GCC area with annual turnover of 500 Million AED and 500 employee put the organization as one of the leader in the industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
• Created IT strategy/ roadmap for aiding the restructuring of the Organization.
• Developed the AED 3Mil contract with SAP for implementation of SAP ERP, and BI.
• Set up the Cloud-based teir-2 Data Center and the SAP Project Management Office
• Personally led the business heads and SAP project teams of 20+ to deliver SAP implementation at the record 6 months
• Ramped up business operations to normal by Day-5 after Go-Live.

• Achieved substantial benefits in the first year of operations:
o Actual item order wise costing/ profitability statements by 10th of every month (previously only Standard costing was available)
o Time to close monthly accounts reduced from 22 days to 5 days
o Accurate inventory control and improving the OTIF by implementation successful production planning module and MRP.
o Management and executive have full visibility of any deviation in the organization by implementing complete Budget cycle from sales to profitability till SKU wise, better forecasting of the requirement of RAW material and packing material by implementing long term planning
• Establish IT governance by writing complete IT policy and procedure.
• Lead the Project of the reallocation of the Factory and new Admin building and sign contract of 1.5 Million AED that include:
o Cabling and Fiber
o CCTV
o IP telephony
o Switching
o Access Door
o New Data Center
o Present monthly to the Board of the Director

• Reported to Group CIO
• Part of CET team who implement Oracle ERP and enterprise application suit with total Project cost of 19 Million USD across the Group.
• Standardize the IT infrastructure across the Group with roll 1 forest Active directory and migration all email to Lotus Notes in all the Group
• Prepare the IT budget for Egypt Team and part of the Global Team who done the Global Budget.
