Continuously assess processes for efficiency and adequacy of equipment
Conduct expense control and plan programs to ensure the adherence to the adopted budgets and verify optimized cost efficiency. This ensure proper budgeting, supervising, assisting and following-up streaming of all projects within Bulk and Blending scope
Coach, train, motivate and appraises subordinate this involves initiating, coordinating and conducting training programs and development opportunities

Supervise and control Filling activities at ExxonMobil - Asher LOBP including all filling lines (20L, 5L, 4L, and Drums) that contribute by 45% of ExxonMobil PCI sales volume in Egyptian Market in line with company policies and procedures

Ensure the whole production (Filling) process is in line with plant operating procedures as well as company standard with respect to quality and controls (OIMS) to reach highest level of productivity and efficiency
Monitor production section expense to ensure it is always kept within objectives, and aggressively seek opportunities for cost reduction without affecting overall performance
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials used in production (empty packages, labels, hot melt, etc.) and coordinate the daily requirement with Asher production planner per monthly supply plan in order to maintain minimum stock level
Performs daily plant tours in order to maintain LOBP cleanliness and overall appearance in an outstanding shape and ensure that all production equipment are in perfect working conditions and eliminate any possible leaks (potential oil loss) and to guarantee flawless operation
Ensure the safety of the manpower and the filling process by conducting daily tours and SPSA touches and conduct LPO feedback sessions in addition to the monthly Loss Prevention system meetings to share the outcome of the safety performance on monthly basis
Ensure an accurate and timely data representation into SAP system with respect to filling operations
Assess/Guide and improve the section foremen skills and knowledge by monitoring their performance and identify the areas for improvement, attend the ranking sessions to make sure they have properly presented in these ranking sessions and update their training plans to improve the whole business process

1. Develop production plans (one-week horizon).
2. Work and communicate with the network master planner to resolve short term supplyand capacity issues
3. Modify the plan if necessary based on local plant intelligence
4. Analyze stock-outs and inefficient plant operations, analyze impact of demand plan accuracy and initiate planning parameter changes whenever applicable
5. Review and analyze the EMAPSS parameters in order to optimize EMAPSS performance.
6. Work with Finite Scheduler and Plant Operations to improve production-to-plan performance
7. Local contact for new / obsolete product planning
8. Develop bulk truck fleet plans to maximize the utilization of bulk trucks and ensure the smooth supply of base oils and additives to LOBPs.
9. Work with Base stock Sourcing Manager and local refinery contacts to ensure that allocated base stock quotas are received in full, on time and on spec.
10. Conduct demonstrated capacity study every year to update EMAPSS parameters.
11. Coordinate with packages planners to facilitate daily supply of empty packages needed for production.
12. Support and comply with all SHE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: operational responsibility for the management of building maintenance and repairs, office renovations, Facility system and Building Security. 1.Ensures compliance with the safety programs to ensure safety is not compromised. 2.Conduct the safety tool box talks with the maintenance & Security team to ensure the staff awareness in terms of safety is up to the expectations. 3.As LPS (Loss prevention System - the Company Safety Program) - Certified core trainer, perform close monitoring to the safety performance of the maintenance and the security teams in their day to day activities. 4.Participate in creating and reviewing the Job safety analysis (JSA that list the job tasks and the hazards associated with each step and the mitigation measures to eliminate/reduce the risk) 5.Conduct Quality reviews on the conducted LPS tools (JSA “Job safety Analysis”, LPO “Loss prevention observation”) 6.Ensures client needs and concerns are considered and addressed in a timely manner. 7.Liaises with the contractors/vendors to ensure that building systems (such as air-conditioning, elevators, fire systems, etc.) meet agreed operational needs. 8.Participate with the Planning Advisor to put the maintenance and security budget plan for the site and monitor the Expenses of the maintenance team to make sure it is according to the plan. 9.Manages projects in accordance with agreed project scope, work plans, resources and budgets. 10.Asses the subordinates performance and conduct the ranking sessions for subordinates annually. 11.Focuses on continuous improvement and reviews, evaluates and recommends new products and processes that will enhance the group's cost effectiveness. 12.Focuses on energy monitoring & management, including use of appropriate technologies. 13.Applying maintenance schedules as per agreed plan. 14.Owner of the Maintenance system that includes all the standard procedures and the maintenance procedures for the building equipment. 15.Owner of the Critical equipment of the building who has the responsibilities of handling these critical equipment according to the standard procedures and to approve the Defeat form for these equipment when required. 16.eMERGE (Facility Main system & Interface between the clients and the Facilities team) contact for the site who has the below responsibilities: •Supervise the day to day Client requests with the team. •Ensure the Clients requests are being handled according to SLA. •Activating the Preventive maintenance plan on the system to be an automated process. •Monitoring the Preventive maintenance is being handled timely. •Review the regular reports that show the progress and handling of tasks. •The site contact for space planning who has the responsibilities of Site space management. •Review the non-standard tasks/requests and approve/deny according to the facility procedures. 17. Site security Contact who has the responsibility of: •Supervise the security team in the facility to ensure the safety of the employees and the building property. •Lead the security team during the emergency situations around the Head office and •security systems and applications owner at Head office. •Develop and follow the site security activity plan that includes all the security activities for the site all over the year. • Liaise with Global Advisors, Leadership council and the local SSHE team regarding the security preparations for the expected events and civil unrest. •Represent the facility in the management security conference calls to give the updates regarding the situation in the Head Office proximity. •Arrange and coordinate with the different Business lines the different drills. 18. Participate in the Incidents investigations in coordination with the SHE coordinator. 19. Create SAP requisition for the different services, contracts, and goods for the maintenance and security. 20. Stand-in for the facility manager whenever the FM is not available.

Act as the local contact for Egypt Telecommunication / Network issues at Exxon Mobil,
• Maintain Telecommunications infrastructure through the global standards
• Provide a stable telecommunication environment
• Implement new IFS/ Telecommunication (Implement new LAN / WAN) projects in Egypt
• Ensure customer's satisfaction according to defined service level agreement with the business
• Analyzing & troubleshooting network problems
• Ensure availability and reliability of Telecommunications infrastructure to support business operations
• Implement DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning) for telecommunications infrastructure for Egypt and ensure smooth system's operation during disasters
