Duties and responsibilities:
- Arranges product presentation appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Plans work schedules with the sales team involving sales plans, targets and sales areas of responsibility.
- Organizes product seminar/launching for doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners/health professionals to increase sales, awareness and promote safe use.
- Keeps detailed records of all contacts or customer database.
- Keeps self up-to-date and informed with the latest clinical data supplied by the medical companies and interprets and presents them to the pharmacies, hospitals, doctors and health professionals.
- Monitors competitors' activities and competitors' products.
- Adheres to Department Policies and Procedures '
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department.
