• Ability to handle and take responsibility to all function related to Agency Operation, Loan Administration and prepare instruction to Credit Administration.
• Experienced in all varieties of loan servicing including agency services and funding responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret loan agreements and related documentation.
• Act as liaison and coordinate between Clients, Legal Counselors, ICA and Syndicated Participants to obtain Waivers and Amendment Letters.
• Gather and obtain Financial Covenants, KYC and Security Documents from the Client.
• Complete coordination and review of assigned new deals and amendments, to ensure records accurately reflect the intentions of the credit agreement and credit approval.
• Accurately process all new drawdowns, Letter of Credits, Guarantees, Repayments and Fees activities for syndicated and bilateral deals to provide our lending services to our customers and maintain accurate data.
• Ensure that due principal, interest and fees are reported, followed up on, and ultimately collected to ensure all funds due and payable to the Lenders/Banks are collected and reconciled.
• Ability to construct and summarize syndicated agreements in all available programs.
• Process day-to-day transactions such as Notice, Invoices and loans rate fixing.
• Hold, Obtain and organize all Security Documents and Ticklers all events and future action for each syndicated loan deal.
• Create checklists and review all Transaction, Security and Project Documents.
• Act as liaison between financials institutions and corporate borrowers to successfully close multibillion Riyal transactions.
• Analyze and transform numerical data into meaningful summaries and reports.
• Ensure that transfer of funds between syndicates is properly accounted for, book Kondor transactions with treasury and prepare fee invoices for service providers (i.e. legal, advisory etc.).
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to aid Management and regulatory authorities in their information requests.
• Prepare quarterly MIS reports for purpose of onward submission to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA).
• Review facility agreements and accompanying documentation for preparation of Excel-based Status Reports which summarize all the pertinent information required for successful loan operations & monitoring.
• Perform well under pressure and deliver superior work product to agreed deadlines.
• Reconcile nostro account and SAR receipt/payment accounts for accounting entries related to syndication transactions.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally at the highest levels both internally & externally.
• Act on any waiver request received from the Agent Bank relating to operations of the loan.
• Record all action dates related to repayments, rollovers, expiry dates, maturity dates and all other quantitative requirements under each facility agreement.

• Develops and executes sales and profit plans that are in-line with budgetary goals.
• Plans, executes and communicates all sales promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently.
• Follow up on shipments and cargos with the shipping service providers to ensure on time delivery.
• Coordinating and resolving customer service issues in a manner that retains the customer and provides opportunity to additional revenue in the future.
• Ensure the store is operating in line with standard operating procedures in order to prevent any losses through damage, protect profits, and feedback.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with rules and regulations associated with medical insurance policies.
• Coordinate between patients, and health experts to provide accurate medical services on time.
• Provide guidance, support, and advice to patients in availing medical services.
• Provide patients and family members with price quote, insurance details and other required help.
• Booking and coordinating medical appointments including confirming appointments with the patients.
• Communicate with patients and explain them medical terms, diagnosis procedures, medical tests results, etc.
