Life Operations Manager: - Managing a team of 5 persons
- Establish and communicate goals and objectives, define methodologies, tasks and activities, and clearly describe roles and responsibilities for operations and underwriting team.
- Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws
governing business operations.
- Establish and implement short and long term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
- Communicate broadly to help ensure overall coordination with other Bankers department.
- In charge of the life individual production (Underwriting of New business, general
conditions, creation of proposals, issuance, system development, training and planning)
- Execution and follow up of new projects (Department Procedure, new products )

- Responsible for approving network (doctors and laboratories) related to pre-insurance tests.
- Managing the Back office transactions related to the investment of life products and Unit linked
Products, loans, cancellations, boosters, tuitions payments, state of portfolio, refunds & automatic
premium settlements, surrenders and partial surrenders.

Front Line and Back Office Life and Health Unit Manager (Business Center Individual) department:
- Managing a team of 10 persons
- In charge of the life/health individual production (Underwriting of New business, general conditions, creation of proposals, issuance, system development, training and planning).
- Execution and follow up of new projects (pre-signed policies, department Procedure, new products…)
- Managing the Back office transactions related to the investment of life products and Unit linked Products, loans, cancellations, boosters, tuitions payments, state of portfolio, refunds & automatic
premium settlements.
