• Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives
• Ensure the execution of procurement strategies across the firm to ensure consistent and high quality value delivery.
• Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.

• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Control department budgets.
• Manage recruiting and supervising a team who are responsible for day-to-day category activities.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Manage requisitions and purchase orders for supplies.
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Control stock levels and re-order levels.
• Manage Logistics policies & procedures to secure best freight rates for cost reduction.
• Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
• Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
• Manage policies of goods deliverable out of bonded to meet with sales demand.
• Manage Bank LCs covering department and orders needs.
• Prepare Reports to Managing Director.
