Assisting the General Manager with daily routine work, including but not limited to daily correspondence, phone calls, updating agendas, manage filing system covering Credit & Risk Depts.

• Organizing GM meetings, scheduling, necessary arrangements, preparation of General Manager’s presentations, meeting documents, and assistance to Department’s Managers for documents and other related services.

• Organizing Managers Meeting as directed by General Manager, covering all arrangement aspects both internal and external in coordination with relevant departments.

• Following up the documents received from Central Bank with concerned Departments.

• Maintaining Directives/Instructions/Memorandum records, with proper reference numbers and filling systems. Updating all Department Units Heads on latest and updated documentations for proper follow up.

• Follow up the activities delegated to other managers/Depts. And updating the GM accordingly.

• Follow up monthly credit reports for the department updating the GM for the same.

• Handling the booking for the GM (flights, hotels) & Organizing General Assemblies for department staff with the General Manager at the discretion and direction of the Management, covering hotel reservations, catering, General Manager’s presentation documentation, coordinating with various relevant departments for necessary arrangements.

• Provide conflict/problem solution to VIP clients raising their cases to the GM as required and Coordinating with the Management and Branches when receiving complaints from customers in order to implement solution to problems.

• Coordinate with other departments in the bank (HR Dept, Training & Development Dept.) to handle department staff matters (daily attendance, Annual Leave Reports, Training plans and all the letters requested from HR.).

• Sending inquiries to the banks for statues credit reports, follow up each inquiry and get the result on time.
