•Responsible for maintaining C.V data base of applicants received through various recourses.
•Responsible for providing department heads with C.Vs/applications upon request.
•Responsible for preparing and seeking approvals for announcing job vacancies through, internal announcement and online recruitment web site.
•Responsible for measuring and reporting response and effectiveness of jobs vacancies announcements.
•Preparing job descriptions in coordination with department managers and project managers.
•Conduct first Interview with shortlisted candidates.

Training & Development:

Training Coordination and Conduction:

•Responsible for communicating internally and externally (with training centers) to provide support & recommend training courses to satisfy implementation of the training plans.
•Responsible for coordinating the establishment of agreements with training centers and providers to ensure company best deals as one unit.
•Responsible for coordinating the nomination and training of Acted employees to designated training courses.
•Responsible for validating received nominations from departments, and handling any registration for upcoming training courses.
•Responsible for ensuring that training nominations are in line with approved training plans or holds clear justification for approval.
•Responsible for coordinating in-house trainings and awareness sessions with various internal and external parties.

Personnel and Admin:

•Preparing employees monthly time sheet.
•Working, updating and preparation of the monthly Payroll.
•Prepare health insurance for Acted employees and follow up about insurance cases.
•Updating employees’ records on the HRMS.
•New employees' procedures and required document following up.
•conducting orientation for new employees.
•conducting exit interviews.

Daily Responsibilities:

•Follow up and prepare all CFW Cycle needed documents
•Fill in Vouchers on a regular basis and ensure registration of vouchers in the Accountancy
•Proceed with payments for all items and services approved by the Area coordinator
•Check the Safe & Cashbook at the end of each day and ensure that the balance matches
•Deal with Money Exchange, change money for the cashbooks whenever needed and register it
•Deal with Money Transfer, registration and exchange of voucher reference between Country Office and area
•Deal with projects Cash for Work on a regular basis to ensure payment of field workers

Monthly Responsibilities:

•At the end of each month, prepare the reconciliation for Cash and Bank books
•Check vouchers quality on a regular basis
•Check Cashbook & SAGA before closing the accountancy for the month
•Ensure all advances are cleared for the staff, before paying the salary
•Completing Cash request procedures in coordination with Logistics and Program in the base and report to the Country Office
