-Implement the annual manpower plan to fill the company hiring needs
- Conduct Initial Screening and categorize the screened CVs
- Develop and update online recruitment advertisements besides post new ones
- Contact recruitment agencies to follow up the company’s accounts
- Conduct Competency-Based interviews to assess/evaluate the candidate’s qualifications and competencies
- Contact accepted applicants and extend job offers
- Conduct job analysis interviews with representatives of every position.
- Write and edit job descriptions illustrating the job accountabilities, experience, qualifications and competencies required for the job in
- Answer internal inquiries regarding company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and other pertinent information
- Update the recruitment tracking sheet to follow up the quarterly hiring needs
- Maintain and develop recruitment filing system to assure organized workflow process
- Attend employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates and to the public
- Utilize HR (HITS) system to keep it updated with proper data and extract the required candidates’ data
- Provide overall assistance and research support to the HR team
