Encore India was operating as a Global Capability Centre. All software development, application delivery, and project execution happened in India, and we shipped and implemented across Encore's global locations. I led the project management & application delivery, and process automation across enterprise platforms in that environment — working within Agile delivery methodologies, managing multi-timezone coordination with global stakeholders, and owning end-to-end accountability for delivery quality and timelines.
