Timely preparation of quotations, price estimations and agreements.
Sending quotations and catalogue through email and maintain communication with the clients.
Arrange approval for the estimations and agreements from Division Manager, CFO and CEO.
Maintain file and keep record of pre-sales and after sales documents.
Communication with principles through phone and email for placing order.
Configuration of specification and drawing through Orona online tool CCO.
Obtain drawing confirmation and material requisition from the clients.
Prepare FPO, LPO and gets approval from the department heads.
Plan and schedule delivery of lift materials.
Raise invoices, issue cash and cheque receipts as and when the payment is made.
Follow up with clients on sundry payments and outstanding payment for the invoices raised.
Coordination with the technical and sales staff in the division.
Support the Division Manager for all operational issues.
Support accounts department by providing required information on time.
Record and maintain service reports and maintenance logs.
Prepares spare parts quotation and Maintenance contracts and gets it signed by Division Manager
Coordinate with the logistics for timely collection and delivery of materials.
Maintain records of enquiries and order files.
Drafting letters and preparing product presentation.
Maintain attendance record of office staffs and field staffs. Prepare and submit the attendance report to the HR.
Keeps record of all the International calls made through the division
Plan and issues stationary and other consumables in the division
Prepare reports and minutes of the monthly review meeting.
Attend to sales enquiries or breakdown calls received in the office.
