•Application Deployment: ERP, DMS, CRM, HR, Payroll, IP Telephony, PABX, Messaging & Web Portals
•Infrastructure Setup: Enterprise Architecture, Capacity planning, Datacenter Management, NAS Backup, Network management, security setup for application & organization
•IT Budget: Establish annual IT budget guidelines and operate within the designated approved budget
•Professional Services: Portfolio Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Technology Evaluation, Investment analysis, Vendor Management, Asset & Product Lifecycle management
•Operational & Support: Product Development, Enhancements, Integration, Rollouts & Helpdesk
Key Achievements: I have successfully managed to deploy the following enterprise applications & infrastructure setup
•Kerridge Autoline Automotive System: Successfully Implemented ERP, DMS, CRM, HR, Payroll, Time Attendance Fingerprint, & Property Manager in 20+ locations across Qatar
•Improved computer security infrastructure adding intrusion detection and URL filtering, reducing security related helpdesk calls by 95%.
•Provided global access to internal application by installing Internet VPN and Exchange OWA.
•Infrastructure Setup for new showroom cum head office building for a total user workstation strength of 350+ users, which includes Project management, design, RFP/RFQ, vendor evaluation for passive & active components, LAN, Wireless Network setup, Nortel PABX & IP Telephony setup & all office equipments (PCs, Printers, Scanners, Photocopiers etc.)
•Data migration from POP3 solutions to Exchange 2003 and to Exchange 2010 Messaging Server based on Active Directory and Domain Controller concept
•Successfully migrated Oracle Database Server from version 8 to 9i.
•Replaced old traditional DDN based Leased lines to MPLS based IP VPN lines for high speed WAN connectivity by restructuring and upgrading company network, including replacing switches and wiring.
