Responsibilities:
• Handling the planning and Execution of jobs for the Daily & Turnaround maintenance of the plant.
• Creating job packages for execution during the shutdown
• Formulating BOM based on the spares and consumables required for the assets & implementation of the job.
• Carrying out technical evaluation for the Daily Maintenance & turnaround spares.
• Raising service & purchase request for spares and consumables required for day-to-day plant maintenance & TAM through ORACLE R12 ERP System and releasing tenders for the request.
• Planning & executing job during breakdowns & shutdowns in the plant .
• Scheduling of Job Activities using MS Project
• Monitoring of maintenance trends in order to maintain spare parts availability and future material requirements
and defining min / max stock level
• Participate in developing alternative specification and alternative sources to enhance catalogue with acceptable materials specification and sources in order to reduce monopoly by single source suppliers.

• Instrumentally working in Ammonia & Sulphuric Acid(LNG Plant) of Maaden Phosphate as Spares Planning Engineer and performing Turnaround activities.
• Received appreciation from the Director Maintenance for successful completing the Turnaround shutdown well within the time allotted.
• Successfully completed 4 Turnaround in Ammonia Plant & 2 in Sulphuric Acid Plant.
• More than 10, 000 L/items technical evaluation done & developed alternative specification and alternative sources

Responsibilities:
• Handled day-to-day plant maintenance activities on the instrumentation side.
• Involved in the following major DCS/PLC activities:
o Configuration of blocks for newly installed equipment’s
o Checking of interlocks & healthiness of the DCS System
o Monthly Backup of the system
o Assigning of Trends for critical parameters of the plant
o Constructing sequence table for newly defined logic in the plant
• Performed reliability study for all critical instruments and Equipment’s in the plant
• Formulated data sheets for all instruments like Control Valve, Transmitter, Pressure Switches, Level Switches, On/Off Valves, etc., and provided the final approval for purchase
• Provided approval of CAPEX P&ID for implementation after technical service design
• Involved in working out estimates for Capital & Expansion Projects of the plant
• Involved in the orifice plate sizing calculation using software
• Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers : Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, SDI, Redox, Turbidity, TDS ( Endress and Hauser ) and IMA/FL200 Oil in water
• Maintenance and calibration of flowmeters ( electromagnetic, orifice plate, variable area, turbine, ultrasonic..... ) of ABB, Krohne, Rosemount, +GF+, Polysonics
• Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves ( Weir, Flowserv, Blackborough, ..... ) and part turn actuated valves ( Bray, Airtorque, Flowtek, ..... )
• Carried out TPM activities in the plant
• Created maintenance orders, planned PM activities and calculated MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
• Calculated revenue budget for the financial year and employed cost control measures to reduce maintenance cost
• Upgradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing
• Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
