As a Senior IP Backhaul Engineer my responsibility includes
• Link Availability from AG1 to CSS, Cisco router ASR 901, 920-I, 920-O, 903, 9912, Juniper ACX 2200
• RFE2 to RFR Support and Coordination. ( CSS/WIFI/IBS )
• Ensuring the ISP elements MTTR, by coordination and L2 support with NOC
• Resolution of network, customer complaints within SLA, related to CSS/L2 switch
• GTP/CRC/Packet Loss/ Input Errors / Output Errors of CSS to AG1
• Configuring and troubleshooting IS-IS, BGP, EIGRP, RIP
• Planning and Design: NDD/NIP Creation and Configuration
As an IP Engineer in Reliance Jio 4G network, my main responsibility includes IP validation in NIP/NDD then to create and maintaining homing sheet for allocated CSS, AG1, AG2 sites.
• Validation of NDD & NIP - CSS/AG1
• Processing / generating NDD & NIP - CSS
• Supported field teams for issues in configuration regarding integration
• Resolved configuration issues and IP duplication issues - CSS/AG1
• Document connectivity details
• Managing and maintaining backup of cisco routers and switches.
