RESONSIBILITIES AS OPERATIONS

• Sourcing and maintaining of print and fabrication vendors for all events.
• Maintaining a monthly MIS Report for pre & post events including profit MIS.
• Budgeting for BTL and events.
• Planning and activation of new launched products.
• Quality analysis & cost finalization as per requirement of Events/BTL.
• Sourcing Vendors & negotiations.
• Planning for the Branding and printing of branding material.
• Sampling and purchase of the collateral and fabrication.
• Planning for the exhibition and putting up exhibition along with the conference.
• Training and deputation of ushers and other help required during the event.
• Event closing, finalization and checking of all the bills and calculate profitability of each event.
• Finalisation and negotiations with the vendors for logistical arrangements, backdrops, banners, stage, dais along with designing.
• Monitoring the development for event production.
• Organize the core Team & do the feasibility commitment.
