Corporate Planning:
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and Business Leaders to facilitate executive decisions and provide mentorship support on strategic policies and troubleshooting solutions.
• Integrate and consolidate business plans within a pre-conceived financial framework, underwriting the Board of Directors and CXOs by developing business strategies and conducting resilient performance reviews.

• Develop high-level customer relationship and management strategies as differentiators in a competitive environment and align long-range plans, strategies, and business continuity plans with short/long-term organizational goals.
• Foster and maintain necessary internal and external relationships, including senior leadership, while delegating responsibilities and motivating business heads for maximum performance.

Strategic Business Acquisition:
• Assist companies in diversifying through backward integration or adopting new technologies and product platforms, specializing in building business partnerships and negotiating win-win alliances.
• Actively engage in investors' events and conferences to target high-growth technology companies for collaborative tie-ups, while developing comprehensive integration plans for successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.

Other Key Assignments (Finance, IT, and Legal):
• Undertake additional responsibilities as Group CFO and IT, developing group financial policies, SOPs, and overseeing budgeting and costing modules in SAP systems.
• Streamline internal audit processes, document management, and SAP control systems, leading due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and divestments.
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated effectively and followed throughout the organization while overseeing.

As the Business Head of Datsun Cars, I led the Datsun Business Venture in India, in collaboration with HAI - Nissan Corporation Japan. My role involved conceptualizing and positioning the development of multi-brand India-centric policies, market intelligence and research, budgeting and costing, volume planning, and TIV (Total Industry Volume) and RVI (Retail Volume Index) analysis and study. I was responsible for driving Datsun Business at the functional levels as an NSC (Nissan Sales Company).

• Successfully launched Datsun Cars in India 2013, implementing competitive positioning and pre/post-launch strategies.
• Managed sales planning, WS/RS Car Flow funneling & schemes, Grid-walk - pricing, inventory/funding limits, and brand positioning & campaigns through digital/PR advertising & Agencies Management.
• Developed a dealership network expansion strategy through POLK tools for PMA/ CSA and ensured compliance with RVI and eligibility norms, Dealership Selection & Signoff’s & Appraisals.
