• Negotiated and closed commercials for a USD 17 MN investment for warehouse development in Mumbai (Bhiwandi)
• Lead transactions in Pune and Mumbai region for investment

• Enabled a team of 5 members in Pune leading to the closure of the largest acquisition deal in the company’s history. Led a team in Kolkata resulting in one term sheet signing
• Oversee underwriting, structuring and negotiations with JV partner. Managed cross-functional teams/stakeholders (internal and external) and successfully closed financial, technical and legal due diligence of acquisition within 60 days
• Monitor a portfolio of underdevelopment assets with a combined value of ~USD 4.8 Bn in the East-West and South Zone. Identify financial and operational risks, and suggest course correction wherever required
• Involved in preparing AOP plans and devised investment and growth strategy to double ROE in 5 years

• Prepared pitchbook and teasers to raise over USD 107 MN via private placement from HNIs and family offices in GCC
• Started company initiative to send investor updates on a quarterly basis (including market outlook, and asset performance)
• Point of contact to banks for debt fundraising and syndication (raised over USD 240 MN in debt)
• Prepared consolidated financial model (~30 SPVs + 12 projects) to automatize preparation of the company’s financial forecasts for AOP planning and fundraising
• Coordinated and managed relationships with IPCs/Big Four for deal sourcing and valuations under strict timelines

• Lead initiative and program management for the development of Biz Monitor and Toll Analytics Software for the company

• Toll Analytics reduced TAT for report generation from 15 to 2 days and achieved savings of 1200 man-hours/qtr
