Managed the preparation of preventive maintenance procedures at different schedules of
electrical equipment’s as per manufacturer O&M manuals.
Effectively taking part in the IMS internal audit as per organization schedule.
Perform Maintenance of Units Capacity 03 X 340 MW Generator at different frequencies
(weekly; monthly; half yearly & yearly and during outage) and making Test Reports.
Perform maintenance of Power transformers at different schedules (Half yearly & Yearly
Maintenance).
Maintenance of MV/LV Motors & Plan their greasing schedule.
Carried out yearly Maintenance of VCB and ACB.
Perform regular Maintenance of Unit Battery Bank and capacity test of Battery Bank.
Perform regular Maintenance of EDG Batteries & Fire engine batteries.
Perform Maintenance of MV/LV Switchgear during Annual Shut down.
Inspection & Maintenance of (IPB) Isolated Phase Bus & Excitation Bus Duct.
Annual Inspection & Maintenance of Generator Control Panel.
Annual Inspection & Maintenance of Generator & Transformers Protection Relay Panel.

Looking after upkeep of electrical equipment - HT / LT Motors, HT/LT Switchgears, Transformers, Emergency DG set, Motor Operated Valves, Cathodic Protection System, lighting and earthing systems etc by carrying out regular preventive & predictive maintenance, thus minimizing their downtime. Troubleshooting, diagnosing of problems related to equipment and circuit. Carrying out modifications in existing electrical system for better reliability.

The preventive maintenance of Battery Operated Trolley, Battery Banks (Lead-Acid/Ni-Cd) and Safety devices of belt conveyors motor as belt sway switch, pull chord switch and zero speed switches in Urea & Product Packaging Plant. Managing and Optimizing Spares and Inventory so as to respond quickly to any breakdown and minimize production loss and for 100% availability of electrical equipment.
• An extensive experience of Preventive/Predictive and breakdown maintenance of Prilling Tower Lift (Make-OTIS, Capacity-17 People/1200 Kgs, Travel Height-106Mtr).

• Maintenance & upkeep of electrical equipments such as 2 x 25MW Gas Turbine Generator, HT switchgears (11KV/3.3KV SWG) & LT Switch Gears (MCC & PCCs, ASP’s, DCDB’s, MLP’s), Power & Distribution Transformer, HT & LT Motors, Batteries & Battery Charger, Motorized Valves, UPS, VFD, Pager programming of Communication System and Other electrical equipment’s.
