• Understanding the clients requirements and forwarding the details to sales team.

Responsibilities: Installations and support in projects for the Multimedia and AV products like Plasma screens, Projectors, Audio and Video conferencing of Polycom, Tandberg and Life-size solutions, Emblaze Vcon VC etc.
Fully responsible for the support & technical implementation of the AVSI project and responsible for the effective working of the solution.
Interacting with various verticals like clients, sales sub ordinates, architects, programmers & co workers for the execution of the projects.
Also involved in servicing of projectors and plasmas, preventive maintenance, AMC's follow up and collections.
