I am responsible for managing multiple SAP projects(Fixed bid and staffing). Also supporting Brunel’s SAP/IT Practice in proposing the right SAP solutions to the clients across Middle East region. Created and delivering successful proposals for 5 MN USD SAP co-sourcing projects. Single point of contact for all techno-commercial SAP business proposals across 4 regions.
• Propose, build and manage SAP custom development solutions for all SAP Technical, SAP IS Oil, HCM, EAM and XI integration projects.
• Responsible for increasing indirect revenue through partner sales in Qatar.
• Responsible for Business Development and profitability for SME business segment in the Qatar. Reporting to Regional Director with Bi Weekly LEQ updates and monthly P&L reports. 1 Upgrade & 3 support projects.

Project Management of 3 high magnitude Oil & Gas implementation and migration projects within the Middle east region - Qatar and Dubai.

PMP Trained. 35 PDUs

PRINCE 2 Foundation Certified.

ITIL Foundation Certified.

My KRA’s are to execute these projects the within profit margin, within scope, on schedule and quality. I also participate in various pre-sales and proposal related activities to address the RFP’s.
I am currently in Doha, Qatar for one of the world’s largest Oil & Gas Company for their huge Supply chain and Trading solution implementation using SAP. Versatile techno-functional knowledge of SAP ABAP and CTRM space.
