Reviewing of Plant, DCS, Fire & Gas System, Process P&IDs, Cause & Effect Diagram and Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures Manual. Hazop study implementation, Process Optimization, Imparting process simulator training. Planning and executing maintenance job, preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown & start-up activities. Trouble shooting, emergency situations handling & coordinating with maintenance department. Implementation of safety procedures. Familiar with Maximo work system followed by ADNOC.

Participated in pre commissioning activities (card board blasting, air blowing
leak tests, nitrogen inerting, steam blowing, lube oil flushing).
•Functional tests all types of high pressure pumps and compressors, fin fan coolers.
•Mechanical run tests (compressors, high pressure pumps, fin fan coolers.
•Vacuum tests in distillation columns (pre-cut, spliter, vacuum, kerosene).
•Pressure swing adsorption purification of hydrogen gas.
•Participation in oil movement (Intermediate and product storage tanks).
•Familiar with DCS Foxboro Invensys system and process cause and effects.
•Successfully commissioned following systems Hot oil system, Flare system, Heaters (natural and induced draft) Fuel gas system, sour water system, blow down system, waste water treatment system.
•Commissioned liquid nitrogen system, air compressor system (Reciprocating compressor- 2 stages)
•Working on reciprocating compressors (Make up gas-3 stages, import gas-3 stages, Waste gas compressor-2 stages, Recycle gas compressor.
•Familiar with utilities are like steam (HP, MP, LP), Air, Water (Raw, Drinking, sea water, cooling water.
•Good knowledge of Fire water system, Deluge system.

Responsibilities:
•Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and closeout of punch items accordingly
•Preparation of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start up plans and procedures.
•Safe starting or shutting down of Units / Platform in coordination with Supervisors.
•To define the organisation chart and necessary resources for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and prepare inspection reports.
•Familiar with following equipment’s Predistillation (pre-cut column, and splitercolumn, Feed vessel, overhead vessel) Hydro isomerisation (hydro dewaxing, hydro finishing reactors, high pressure pumps) Product Distillation, (Feed stripper, product vacuum column, Product, vacuum stripper, heavy kerosene column, overhead vessel, hot and cold LP separator

Handling facilities (ethylene, propylene(tanks), ethane sphere, butane, Hydrogen bullet
•operation of Reciprocating Boil Off Gas compressor
•operation of potable water, DM water plant, Sea water, cooling water, Nitrogen plant, Air compressor(De-Coke), steam (HP, MP, LP), Fire water system, Deluge system
•Leak test, Drying, Inerting of pipelines and tanks
•Familiar with Cause effect of process and Honeywell DCS system
Responsibilities:

Pre-commissioned and Commissioned New LNG terminal designed to Regasify 5 MMTPA of LNG.
•OFF-SHORE operation, 1.8 KM jetty with 4 No. of FMC Marine Unloading arms.
•Cryogenic BOG compressors supplied by MANNSMAN DEMAG-DELAVEL SIEMENS
•Cryogenic LNG storage tanks of capacity 160, 000 m3 built by WHESSOE PUNJ LLOYD
•Cryogenic pumps supplied by NIKKISO & EBARA.
•Familiar with DCS supplied by INVENSYS.
•Re-condenser, STV, PHE & Metering area, HIPPS.
•Methanol circulation pumps by INGERSOL-RAND & WORTHINGTON.
•Chilling medium system which includes (Methanol and Ethylene Glycol) Plate Type Heat Exchangers, High Pressure Vaporizers.
Responsibilities:
•Operates the LNG plant equipment on shift under the supervision shift superintendent.
•Participated in commissioning activities.
•Carries out operational preparation of equipment prior to release for maintenance and ensures proper implementation of Permit to Work instructions.
•Participated in initial cryogenic cool down of lines, tanks, pumps.
•Start-up /operation /shutdown of Cryogenic pumps, BOG condenser, BOG compressor.
•CREDITABLE ACHIVEMENT: Successfully commissioned LNG TERMINAL WHICH IS ABANDONED BY ENRON IN YEAR 2000

GAIL Gandhar is LPG Recovery Plant Designed to process 5MMSCFD of Natural gas to produce LPG, Pentane, SBP by using cryogenic turbo expansion process
•Responsibilities:
•Monitoring of process parameters
•Safe working on gas turbines, centrifugal compressors
•Isolation and line up of distillation columns, vessels, pumps
•Start up, shutdowns and safe change overs of pumps, compressors
•Maintaining field log sheets

Responsibilities:

•Documentation as per cGMP.
•Trouble shooting of production and Maintenance related activities.
• Handling final packing of materials.
•Handled explosive chemicals sodium, AlCl3.
•Handled various unit operation (Leaching, Evaporation, Crystallization)
•Handled moisture sensitive products.
•preparation of procedure and Log sheets.

Fire and Safety

•Experience in operation of fire extinguishers using foam, DCP and CO2.
