Process/Proposals

Key Result Areas:

•Examine FEED document and scope familiarization; Preparation of adequacy report for the existing equipment and heat and material balance.
•Leading a team of 3 process engineers for various Process Engineering activities of the firm.
•Hydraulic level calculation/Pressure drop calculation for water treatment units.
•Review of P&ID/PFD and MSD for various UPW/WWT projects.
•Review of operation -control philosophies for wastewater treatment units
•Review/comment on various Piping Layouts/Vendor Drawings.
•Vendor document review and Coordination.
•Assessment of the operational practices, identified the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advised on system and process changes for qualitative improvement and energy conservation.

Projects Handling:
•Detailed Process Engineering activities for various Water and wastewater treatment systems of Kurita Water, Japan.
•Process Engineering activities for Desalination project of capacity 1000m3/hr at Japan through Kubota Water

•EIL (Engineering India Limited) - FEED for ONGC Project at Gujarat for Pipeline & Valve Modification Project
•Procter & Gamble (P&G) -600 m3/day WTP based on RO Technology, 300 m3/day ETP & 150 KLD STP based on MBBR
•Mondelez International -completed water audit & prepared water balance of entire unit; bided for 3 MLD Effluent Treatment Plant with recycling unit (UF+RO)
