• Field experience on resolving major & minor fiber & copper related issues, FTTX installation, Splicing &
ONU configuration.
• Served as liaison between various support groups during system outages.
• Interfaced directly with service providers, Customers, field technicians & service contractors to
troubleshoot & resolve network related issues.
• Infrastructure(HUAWEI) monitor, Program & support by UNMS & NIMS Live software.
• Provide subscriber line record using plant management(LPAM) Designed application.
• Provide network distribution map using GCOM designed software.
• Ensure proper IP, VOIP, VLAN, voice & internet configuration for customer networks.
• Analysis of KPI’s measurement, Daily & hourly reporting to corporate officer & management.
• Develop documentation on standards & troubleshooting process to improve overall efficiency &
productivity.
• Training & mentoring network operation personnel & team lead for field technicians.
