My role there in a nutshell,

OPERATIONS:

1. Responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management operations
2. Manage in-house MEP & civil team
3. Manage contractors/sub contractors during DLP/warranty period
4. Handling Mobilisation and preopening budgets
5. Manage, implementation and performance monitoring of service level agreements
6. Deliver best practice methods for all services under pinned Health & Safety Legislation in line with requirements of SLA
7. Adopt cost effective methods during entire operations to ensure the project is profitable
8. Manage profitable operation of minor works unit to meet the annual revenue and profit targets for variable works

Energy Management:

1. Data collection/Past energy bills/Meter readings/status of each assets and the schedule of operation
2. Feasibility study and identify opportunities
3. Adopt the possible methods
4. Record the achievements
5. Communicate the achievements within the organization and the client
6. Sustain the adopted methods without fail
7. Adopt continual improvement and ensure there is no gap

Predictive Maintenance (RCM) Initiatives

• Central monitoring of assets through a CCC which has reduced 24 BMS operators and further reduced conventional PPM
