OPERATIONS:
1. Responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management operations
2. Manage in-house MEP & civil team
3. Manage contractors/sub contractors during DLP/warranty period
4. Handling Mobilisation and preopening budgets
5. Manage, implementation and performance monitoring of service level agreements
6. Deliver best practice methods for all services under pinned Health & Safety Legislation in line with requirements of SLA
7. Adopt cost effective methods during entire operations to ensure the project is profitable
8. Manage profitable operation of minor works unit to meet the annual revenue and profit targets for variable works
Energy Management:
1. Data collection/Past energy bills/Meter readings/status of each assets and the schedule of operation
2. Feasibility study and identify opportunities
3. Adopt the possible methods
4. Record the achievements
5. Communicate the achievements within the organization and the client
6. Sustain the adopted methods without fail
7. Adopt continual improvement and ensure there is no gap

• Central monitoring of assets through a CCC which has reduced 24 BMS operators and further reduced conventional PPM
IDAMA Facilities Management was brought into UAE market to cater Integrated Facilities Management services for all multi-use developments under Dubai Holding Group in the initial stage. IDAMA then became the leader of Facilities Management Service provider by setting the standards of Facilities Management in this region and providing services to other external clients of both international and leading multi-use communities in this region.

Worked as a Senior Maintenance Engineer part of the Corporate FM Team, handled Facilities like, staff accommodations (Villa, Hotel Apartments and residential apartments) Production Factories, Warehouses, Offices, etc. across UAE, Egypt, Saudi and India regions.
Working with Mars, I earned the following which has helped myself to become an expert in the field of Facilities Management there by the company as well is benefited by the implementation of whatever expected out of me after each training.
1. Done my CIP Project Training and Asset Safety Evaluation in GERMANY and HOLLAND and successfully implemented the CIP initiatives across all the companies that I worked.

Owens Corning (I) Ltd. is a multinational US company who are into manufacturing fibre glass products, started a production facility in Mumbai in the year of 1997 with the joint venture with Mahindra & Mahindra.
Worked as Operations Engineer part of the Corporate FM Team, handled Facilities like, staff accommodations (Villa, Hotel Apartments and residential apartments) Production Factories, Warehouses, Offices, etc.
I was awarded as “Best employee” by Owens Corning for the best individual contribution in the year 2001.
Working with Owens Corning (I) Ltd, I got a better exposure to corporate FM where the best FM industry standards, process and policies being followed. I could be part of several continual Improvement Projects there by I gained good experience in operational cost control, Budget optimisation, QHSE improvement projects, Productivity optimisation, etc...
I got several certified Training provided by the company through international bodies out of which few of them are,
Certified in ABS/BVQI class approved courses on ISO 9001, EHS, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Regular inspection of critical control parameters of utility equipments including ETP.
Making sure that the Preventive and shutdown maintenance in time.
Arranging important spares to avoid the time loss.
Implemented Multi-skilling of staffs within the section so that equipment’s maintenance is cost effective.
Changed technical structure to reduce manpower, easy operation and increase machine efficiency.
Reviewing annual service contract for boiler, chiller, and compressors etc. and keep it ready for inspection.
Ensure power saving according to the production needs.
Involved in (CIP) Continuous Improvement Program to control the cost thereby increased the fuel efficiency of boilers.
