Review the EPC budget, set up system to monitor the Project costs - work alongside the Major Project team to review milestones and relevant payments- set and review controls on Project costs

Cost Validation in SAP and Oracle EBS ERP systems
Key person in Finance to review Costing figures such as production of finished goods, by products, JV partners’ product reconciliation
Expert in finalizing the cost of finished products- variable costs, fixed costs, managing allocated costs using relevant cost drivers
Prepare standard cost estimates for the Products, setting up standard consumption, activity rate
Manage the monthly cost closure of Overheads, variable and fixed costs.

Risk Assessment
Has been part of the Risk Assessment Committee at QAPCO working on completion of Risk Register for Finance- Financial Risks and across Company - Business risks. Actively participated in completing the Bow Tie Analysis tool for Risk assessment.
