Supervision, organization and motorization of all the quality of service in all outlets inside airport.
Prepare sales reports from all the outlets
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Conduct daily briefing to the team in a daily basics
Monitor team and daily operations in all outlets.
Monitor food cost and wastage in a daily basis.
Handling customer complaints and customer service training to the team.
