Currently working as Stock Control In-Charge in Jysk Kuwait. Tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining stock.
Handling all stock inventory, stock in and out. Manage damage goods, receive shipment, and make PO for new request.
To handling all kind of stock related work, such as reviving new stock and dispatching, Handling all king of inventory related work.
• Providing support to customer via Chat and Email.
• Fixing issues related to FrontPage, FTP, and Visitor Statistics, Domain, Search Engines.
• Restoring files/ e-mails/ databases from Snapshot Backups.
• Resolving issues related to Email Systems, taking e-mail backups and evaluating e-mail logs.
• Providing resolution by checking client’s e-mail bounce back messages and headers.
• Handling issues related to FrontPage, FTP, Email, Domains, Search Engines, Web Statistics, IIS, etc.
• Taking the lead when the Team Leaders are unable to attend the work.
• Troubleshoot and debug minor program bugs. Modify existing programs with enhancements
• Involved Database server maintains, MS-SQL & MySQL, like testing tools, recovery, database Import/ Export schedule task, create database, users and user mapping.
Completed Pre University college and Did diploma in Computer hardware and networking.
