Manage production planning based on IFC drawing and BOQ based on scope of work.
Prepare MR to procurement team with details material specifications.
Coordinate with metal, glass, solid surface suppliers for project requirements
Supervises production team to ensure timely delivery with quality.
Support factory supervisor in preparing cutting list during busy production period
Involve in Joinery estimation whenever business required
Having good relationship with joinery/painting related raw material suppliers across UAE.
Coordinate and support Project Managers/Engineers for fit out requirements and participate in fit out installations till final handing over.
Monitor yearly appraisal of all the workshop staffs in coordination with HR department
Familiar with ISO-9001/OHSAS-18001/ISO-14001 standards
Responsible and supervises AMC for machineries/forklifts/generators and premises. Recommends machines modifications if needed.

Responsibilities
Prepare the revenue budgets and quarterly forecasts.
verification and reconciliation tasks for invoices/receipts/balances
Prepare and submit quote for different HVAC projects and plan and supervise installation teams.
Coordinate with subcontractors and material procurements team
Planning and execution of office administration
Authorized to do all the PRO works for company.
Responsible for company vehicle routine maintenance and yearly registration.
Report to the Branch Manager (Abquiq, KSA)
