• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all HR systems and processes both electronic and manual.
• Improve the HR and PRO documentation processes ensuring accurate, timely and seamless systems
• Review all manual processes and documentation with a view to transferring to electronic systems and minimize paper processing in both HR and PRO

This will involve recruitment processes including data flow, from the receiving of applications, interview results, employment offers, including salary determination, to the obtaining of visas and licenses.
• Supervise the preparation of all new employees HR files, the accurate filing of documentation and their storage, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of all HR statistics and reports ensuring that all information is accurate and deadlines met.
• Undertake the performance appraisal (IPR) during probation and annually for HR Assistants.
• Assist and undertake duties given by Head of HR and Head of Recruitment consistent with the job description and level of responsibilities.
