• Preparation of safety instructions for production & maintenance work.
• Conduct safety induction for new entrants.
• Check all Scaffolding and fall protection.
• Reminding all workers that the safety is the best policy and to target zero accident.
• Presenting health and safety reports at Executive meetings.
• Ensure all site HSE equipment is available in good conditions and in sufficient quantities for the labor force.
• Advising managers on how to minimize or eliminate risks and hazards.
• Check and inspect power, electrical, mechanical tools etc. used by the workers at the job site to secure in good conditions to avoid any untoward accident happen while performing or commencing their job.
• Monitoring the cranes as per the company procedures to avoid accidents during operation and secure that the surroundings are well cordoned and barricaded thereof.
• Monitor the scaffolding installed at job site to secure that the workers comply and follow the standard safety procedures.
• Accident incident Investigation and Reporting.
• Conducting Training, meetings, and “TOOLBOX” talks.

• Ensure all company policies surrounding HSE are met
• Daily safety inspection of the site and check the work permit and explain the hazards, safe condition, and act.
• Preparation and maintain of various records & monthly and weekly safety record.
• Preparation of safety instructions for production & maintenance work.
• Ensuring compliance with client safety requirement at site.
• Monitoring and implementation of all safety rules at site.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records of any emergency drills carried out.
• Maintaining statistical records of all reported incidents and accidents.
• Identifying potential safety or fire hazards.
• To minimize unsafe condition and acts of operation.
