RESPONSIBILITY:
•Installation & maintenance Pumps air compressor dryer blower motors lube oil flushing pump vessels exchangers, boilers, hydraulic machine, OH crane valve etc
•Sound knowledge of different type of alignment related with motor & pump & shaft coupling etc.
•Experience in shutdown job & its execution.
•Ability to reduce the delay time during breakdown.
•Capability to shoot out the problem & repair at site.
•Trouble shooting and rectification of running equipment’s at site, and flow switch etc.
•Maintenance work e.g. alignment lubrication on bearing and coupling de coupling etc.
•Installation & maintenance of overhead crane installing rails & traveler.
•Hydro testing purging Punch clear of all rotating equipment’s valves & others equipment’s.
•Operating & maintenance of centrifugal pump.
•Globe valve, gate valve, N.R.V and all types of valve operate and maintenance as per requirement.
•Able to check maintenance and repair of all present condition of all running and available equipment such as oil level in bearing, temperature gauge, lubrication condition, suction pressure, discharge pressure, water level controller
•Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area.
•Responsible for providing coverage in the absence of other Maintenance Technicians
•Knowledge of company standards, specification quality concern and HSE concern.
•Ability to safety awareness among the group member.
•Ability to read and write speak in English.
