Position Summary
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Lead end to end deal activities for HR in the region.
• Develop HR and People deal strategy and integration approach and oversee implementation, considering the deal commercial and operational objectives. Solicit input and gain buy-in from stakeholders to ensure consistent and smooth execution.
• Engage HR deal teams and resources regionally and globally, overseeing key activities and also providing hands-on support.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships and client focus for internal partners and external stakeholders.

Serve as a primary point of contact for HR and point of escalation for deal HR matters.
• Gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and participate in action planning.

Essential Functions:
• Support the Business Unit by developing and implementing HR interventions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and to deliver results
• Increasing employee engagement, providing change leadership, talent development, Career & Succession Planning and supporting process improvements
• Facilitating various communication forums such as HR Connect Sessions, Town Halls, Open Houses etc
• Project/Program Management activities for various HR initiatives including Performance Management, Promotions, Salary Revisions, Enhancement of employee satisfaction scores, Rewards & Recognition processes
• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and associate experience
• Work with Business Managers and Associates to address all employee relations issues
• Interpret and implement Organizational Policies/Programs/Procedures
• Partner with Business managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their full potential
• Work with Business to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives

Primary Responsibilities:
• HR Communication:
Working in close collaboration with HR functions to service associate requests and interacting with associates via calls and email communication about HR policies. Being responsive to business needs to ensure information is shared in a timely fashion

• Data Analysis:
Analyze data and conduct spreadsheet analysis for different business projects and preparing spreadsheets for promotion and year end appraisals for committee calls. Supporting the talent review process for the business and assisting with compensation analysis and recommending fitments for travelling associates and validating associate supervisor hierarchy and governance structure on a quarterly basis.

• Driving Engagement & Special Projects:
Create a robust cadence of talent planning and reviews to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributor and leadership positions, training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company and the software industry.

Work closely with stakeholders to support the business strategy, ensuring the right organization structure and formulate the right HR strategies to achieve the set targets.
Assist in identifying the evolvement of each role over time ensuring right support and tools are provided to support the development and progression of individuals for their day to day operations.

Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits
Ensure constant communications on performance review between line manager and line staff are consistent, clear and conducted in a regular manner.
Spearhead the annual appraisal system within Group and execution is within stipulated timeline.
Propose a balanced reward system within Group for increment, commission and incentives programs across all levels ensuring competitiveness across local markets.
Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data
Ensuring close monitoring of overall staff cost are within approved budget.

Training
Oversee the Training Department.
Engage with Executive Management Team to identify training needs and provide training solutions that support the overall business strategy.
Work with internal trainer to source external resources to support respective brands’ training development.
Monitor and track result of training progression to ensure objectives are met and goals are achieved.
Ensure periodical and timely evaluation of all training executed and effectiveness of training implemented.

Admin
Timely submission of reports with analysis to the Executive Management Team and the organization at large.
Control of office sundries and expenses
Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Saudi Arabia, GCC and in countries where AlessaGroup has a local presence.
