- Implementing and follow up of the health insurance plan and coordinating with the insurance company.
- Managed to analyze, plan and recommend improvements in the administration of risk management related to insurance programs and analyze data for group performance to achieve the company goals for better health care and cost control by evaluating loss ratio reports on a quarterly basis

- Negotiate prices, benefits, and Conditions of requests
- Study contracts and make sure of the legal texts
- Support for the officials in the insurance sister companies, and follow-up problems and important services.
- Applying the medical insurance strategy and develop the required medical services in accordance with the company employee’s needs.
- Managing claims of Medical, vehicle fleet, life insurance etc.
- Managing Medical Insurance policy & renewal with reputed insurance to name a few such as Tawuniya, Med Gulf, Bupa, and Malath etc. for 2, 700+ members.
- Handle with international provider Network planning (if needed)
- Provide the insurance officials of the sister companies with information issued by the insurance organization (SAMA and CCHI) on time to issue.
- The sister companies support guidance on the insurance procedures that guarantee them success in completing the insurance tasks, organizing the work of the insurance service in their companies and solving the problems related to the service.
- Supervision of the performance of the service provided by the insurance company in the sister companies.
- Provide medical insurance or vehicles, to employees outside the coverage of company documents on their personal account.
