Handling the Sales responsibilities for Key Jubail customers and end
users ( Royal Commission, SABIC, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, SEC, ..)
Responsibilities:
· More than 3 years record of accomplishment of meeting & exceeding set targets.
· Handling international/local contractors and accounts.
· Taking care of customers’ relationships and increase customers’ satisfaction
· Using market knowledge to influence decisions regarding customer pricing and sales programs.
· Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations & submittals.
· Securing major orders and closing deals with high profits
· Negotiation with best contractual/commercial terms
· Visit new Customers and exploring any future business opportunity
· Preparing professional technical and commercial offers
· Invoicing and payment follow up
· Monthly reports for orders, key projects and potential business
· Fully aware of all the HVAC technical details for all HVAC products: chillers, AHUs, ACCUs, FCUs, PACUs, Split units…
· Technical / Commercial presentations for customers
· Fully aware of all the sales techniques by handling all types of
clients.
· Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
· After Sales services up to the commissioning of the HVAC products.
· Factory customer Inspections: Performance, Run, inspection tests…
Handling design and application team supervision
Handling the Technical support responsibilities for Jubail Department
Design and selection, price analysis as well as technical quotations and submittals
