Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research and analysis on the power and renewable energy sectors to identify potential investment opportunities.

- Developing and implementing strategies to attract investment in the Conventional Power & Renewable Energy sectors, including marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

- Negotiations with potential investors, including providing investment recommendations and support services.

- Engaging with government agencies and other stakeholders to develop policies and regulations that support investment in the energy sector.

- Working with existing companies and investors to identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the energy sector.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the energy industry, including investors, industry associations, and government agencies.

- Monitoring and evaluating the success of investment attraction strategies, and making adjustments as necessary.

‏- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities that help tackle issues.

‏- Support in preparing benchmarking studies to identify organizational best practices across core and shared services to identify weaknesses, strengths and areas of improvement and transfer knowledge to their respective teams.

‏- Work with various Al Khorayef departments to remove roadblock and accelerate the development of investors’ projects.

‏- Managing Vendor relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk and ensure compliance to KPIs

‏- Orchestrate optimal due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, management approvals, deal closing, and post transaction planning.

‏- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to enable effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders of a transaction that provides key support to evaluate and realize the opportunity.

‏- Troubleshoot proactively to find optimal solutions and directs the way forward both internally and negotiations with potential partners.

Responsibility:

- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities - As Internship - :

• Receive all Purchase Requests through the Supervisor Procurement and SATORP Organizations.

• Review Purchase Requests, check stock levels and ensure that Purchase Requests are consistent with the approved value limit.

• Group and classify Purchase Request based on their specified type or nature (such as materials, consumables, equipment, spare parts and furniture).

• Prepare and submit Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to the Supervisor Procurement for review and validation.

• Send out RFQ to the local and international market utilizing the appropriate distribution and communication channels.

• Ensure that SATORP standards, specifications, related documents and drawings are clearly identified and described in the RFQ.

• Attach all relevant documents, instructions to bidders, and technical and commercial deviation forms to RFQ documents.

• Coordinate with other Material and Services Procurement staff to determine the method of purchasing and develop the list of prospective vendors.

• Monitor the progress of the Purchase Order and follow-up with the vendors to ensure compliance and resolve any pending issues in a timely and professional manner
