client/consultant/contractor cycle using Salesforce CRM to improve forecasting accuracy.

• Expanded the valve portfolio to cover the full wet-utility spectrum and led Dubai Municipality approval upgrades from DN700 to
DN1200.
• Secured AED 470k order directly from Dubai Municipality for Irrigation valve replacement.
• On-boarded new international manufacturers and managed in-house brand production for UAE and KSA markets.

• Secured a €300k contract with Emirates Global Aluminium for thermoplastic column protection.
• Reduced TCO on an Oman desalination plant by replacing 1.3km of steel with non-corrosive FRP grating.
• Tendered for over $2.3 million in FRP structures for offshore platforms and jackets.

• Managed GCC vendor relations and promoted ductile iron pipes, valves, fittings, and municipal castings in UAE, Oman, & Bahrain.
• Led municipal castings product development and launched a Middle East-localized brand featuring Mashrabiya-inspired artwork,
exceeding first-year sales targets by 207%. Followed by 3 12% in the next year.
• Supplied municipal castings and utility valves for an onshore oil and gas complex project worth $63k.

• Promoted municipal castings and plumbing products — pipes, fittings, valves, drainage accessories — across the GCC region.
• Supplied municipal castings and plumbing solutions to onshore oil & gas projects in the UAE for staff accommodation compounds.
