•Disciplinary processes, coaching, facilitation of team culture changes
•Change management implementation
•Presenter at Strategic HR Business Partner conference
•Recruitment, coaching, policy development and implementation, training development
Working with the Executive Team of Women's Hospital (2, 000 staff). Focusing on operational HR management issues.
I left Doha for personal family reasons but would be keen to return to the Middle East
