I got my OJT at Subic Bay Venezia Hotel, completed 600 hrs in housekeeping because they don't have F&B restaurant at the hotel. So i decided to maximize whole 600hrs on housekeeping. Greeting guest satisfy and let them feel that they are important and welcomed in the establishment, giving them information and directions, cleaning rooms and hallways.
