Job Responsibilities
• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP.
• Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement(MS)Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use.
• Inspections of materials delivered on site for conformance in the specifications and approved samples.
• Issued Non- Conformance ( NCR) and follow up for closing after rectification prior to release inspection and test request (ITR) approval .
• Monitor the construction works in progress to ensure compliance with
the contract documents, approved shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare punchlist jointly with site engineer and sign off upon rectification.
• Prepare daily site inspection report.
• Review documents such as drawings, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and Method Statement (MS) provided by contractors.
• Observing site safety practices and progress of the work.
• Monitoring the start up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
• Maintain records of inspection made, test performed and work executed.
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.

Position : Third Party Inspector - Façade- Stone Cladding
Project : 75 Storey ADNOC New Headquarters, Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities
• Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant ITP .
• Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, Method Statement(MS)Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and that the latest version of the applicable document is available at point of use.
• Conduct random factory inspections to ensure that the materials and ongoing process of fabrication as per project requirements.
• Prepare daily site inspection report.
• Review documents such as drawings, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP) and Method Statement (MS) provided by sub-contractors.
• Witness and attend site and offsite testing as per approved procedure and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct onsite and offsite inspection of mock- ups and benchmarks .
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.

• Inspection of works against checklist issued by contractor prior to released IRF
approval
• Inspections of materials delivered on site for conformance in the specifications and approved samples.
• Issued NCR and follow up for closing after rectification prior to release IRF
approval .
• Inspecting the construction works in progress to ensure compliance with
the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare punchlist jointly with site engineer and sign off upon rectification.
• Prepare daily site inspection report.
• Review method statement provided by contractors.
• Assist engineering department for as built drawings review clarification.
• Observing site safety practices and progress of the work.
• Monitoring the start up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
• Maintain records of inspection made, test performed and work executed.
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.
