Analyze sample test using laboratory equipment’s to determine the physical and chemical components perform independent tests per SOPs method and quality control procedures.
Capable to work independently or as part of a team.
Adopt at operating and maintain lab equipment’s.
Analysis of Raw Water Boiler water, Cooling water, Waste water, Potable water like Total Hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphite, Iron, Ph, Conductivity.
Prepare reagents for analysis.
Ensure analytical equipment’s is calibrated accordingly.
Physical and chemical analysis of Sea Salt, Iodine, Silica and Magnesium Carbonate.
Testing samples by following the testing calendar, protocols and specified methods to reach accurate results in time.
Maintain record sheets, analysis sheets in laboratory for future reference.
Ensuring all working copies of documents are stored appropriately and that no unauthorized changes to the document are made after validation.
Oversee the execution of error free boiler operation.
Monitoring the process of Brine Preparation, Feeding, Circulation and Evaporation.
Ensuring process of Dehydration, Iodization, Drying, Crystal separation and Storage are executed as per the SOP.
Maintaining records of Electrical Components, Flow meters, Radars and Gauges (temperature and pressure).
Preparing list of maintenance that has to be rectified during planned shutdown.
Comply with quality management system HACCP and environmental health and safety policies and programs.
